DITL articles in print

 1. Separata

The paper publication of the articles in continuous volumes began in 1973 and was suspended after 1990, so as to give the priority to electronic formats, first as a project of regularly updated CD-ROMs, then on-line at http://www.ditl.info.

But a number of articles were printed separately on the request of the authors, or at the occasion of conferences, seminars, etc. An inventory is being made.

The first separatum (and the most widely circulated) was the very article «Littérature» by Robert Escarpit to serve as a model for future articles (included in the L volume at Mouton, 1973).

 2. Articles in AILC/ICLA proceedings

At the first congress of the International Comparative Literature Association in Venice in 1955, the need for international reference documents on literary notions was felt. It was considered that subsequent congress could help «to identify, define and describe» the terms used in international criticism. Accordingly, a number of papers read in the congresses of the 1960's examine literary notions as contributions for an international reference document. These articles constituted the first textual base of the DITL ; most of their authors integrated the first DITL international committee which was installed in 1964 in Fribourg. Among these articles still in the DITL base:
